For your convenience, we accept several payment methods, including UPI (like Google Pay, PhonePe), bank transfers, and cash. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the service begins.

While our maids are professionally trained to be extremely careful, we understand that accidents can happen. In the rare event of any damage to your property during the service, please notify our customer support team within 12 hours. We are fully insured and will promptly investigate the matter. Yes, we understand that you might need extra help during festivals and on public holidays. Our maid service is available on most major holidays, including occasions like Onam, Christmas, and Eid. Due to higher demand and to compensate our staff fairly for working on these days, a nominal surcharge will apply. We recommend booking well in advance for holiday periods to ensure we can confirm your slot.
